I recently took my wedding ring to Hudson’s for cleaning and sizing. I was initially told seven business days for the work to be completed, but after only three days, I received notification that my ring was ready for pick-up! Plus, more good news, the cost was significantly lower than originally quoted. My ring is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier! Hudson’s employees were quite professional and polite. I highly recommend this family owned business that offers exceptional customer service and will exceed your expectations.

I stopped in on a random Wednesday afternoon to get my bracelet re-sized. They knocked it out in 10 minutes and didn’t charge for it. Awesome customer service. I will use these guys in the future.

My fiancé go my engagement ring from here and it is absolutely stunning. John was SO helpful and made the process so easy for him and then when I needed it to get resized he helped us out so much and I was able to get it rushed and back before I had to leave town. Him and his wife were so kind and it was just such a wonderful experience!!

I went in to Hudson on Friday, July 29th, looking to have my engagement ring sized. Upon speaking to one of the employees, I was told they could have the sizing done and ready for pick up by the next Friday. On Monday, August 1st, I got a call saying my ring was ready for pickup! I was completely shocked. Fast, friendly and excellent service! I highly recommend Hudson Jeweler.

Had the best experience here! I purchased my wedding band here on Black Friday. They had to order it in, as the one the had in store was not my size. They said it could take about a week, but it was ready for me to pickup by that Sunday! I was very impressed that they got it here in less than 2 days on a holiday weekend. Not to mention, they cleaned my engagement ring for free and were extremely nice to me and made me feel comfortable. My only regret is that I didn't purchase my engagement ring from them because I did not know about them yet!

The staff at Hudson is excellent! Super friendly and offered me a far more affordable fix for my wedding set on a much shorter return time on a piece that wasn’t even purchased from them. They set the intention for my set to be back in 10 days and it was back in 3!! Wonderful business!

My family has done business with Hudson's for many years so naturally my now husband of 20 years went there for my wedding set, my 10 year anniversary ring and multiple other purchases. Matt is fantastic, always, and knowledgeable and so helpful and more recently had help from Megan, she is just the sweetest soul, a perfect addition to an already warm and friendly family environment. My wedding ring was stolen in a burglary years ago. 😥 I never replaced it, because I loved that ring so much, and was heartbroken. 💔 Anyway, we would go into Hudson's periodically and look. I got a catalog one time and found a ring that was similar to the one that was stolen. I tore the page out and saved it for several years. I had actually forgotten about it. My husband found it in his coat pocket and took it to Hudson's. They told him they didn't carry that ring anymore. He told them our story and how important it was to me. They did some detective work and found that ring in a vault in New York! 💍They had it shipped here and he surprised me with it for Christmas! ❤ We buy everything from Hudson's. They are wonderful!
